Robert Lawrence is a long-time gun owner and former NRA member who received toy pistols, rifles, and even rocket launchers as a kid, but now sees his own kids banning toy guns from their children’s gift lists. A couple of years ago when a shooting range promotion coincided with a free concealed-carry licensing class, he and his wife found themselves propelled into Gun Mania culture and questioning everything about their roles in it.
