Illustrator Marilyn Pollack Naron is inspired by 1970s cookbooks, old-school bakeries, fish markets, cocktail garnishes, and culinary school nightmares. She lives in Lawrence, Kansas, where she enjoys excellent BBQ and gets to work in coffee shops.
